A pirate ship adventure awaits!
Daily activities kept our little ones engaged and delighted.
We faced some challenges with the dining experience, as the food lacked variety and often felt lukewarm. Service during meal times was occasionally rushed, which detracted from the enjoyment.

I chose the hotel because of low price. And, as for that price, the hotel was fairly good, and hotels' describing was realy fair: it is really 400 m from the sea, realy has two pools and so on. Realy clean. I think breakfast was also ok, exept total absence of fruits and vegetables. But you can survive without them, you know :-).
At the reception, they have too less people (one lady and always busy, because the hotel is big), besides, their English is realy low. I could't get very simple information. Also it was confusing to read warnings in the room, that you'll be checked by roommaide before leaving (that means - maybe you've stolen a towel or smth ?), or in the dining room, that you can not take meal with you outside. It remained me country that does not longer exists - Soviet Union, where you were treated always as a potential thieve. Does this realy is so necessary today and in eu ?..

We ate at the broiler restaurant right by the hotel. It was decidedly an excellent base for family. We do recommend it with confidence. The venue was easy walk to Playa Garbi.

The triple room was decent and clean, with a nice balcony view on the 5th floor. It felt quite spacious for our family, a plus. The beds could have been a bit more comfortable. The layout worked well, but we could have used a bit more storage. It served its purpose well for our stay.

Breakfast and dinner are good.
The hotel is full of teenagers. Very, very noisy in the day and night. The reception is unfriendly and unhelpful.

Warm breakfast selection with omelettes, the fried eggs plus meats.

Expect limited options when it comes to food. Many guests found the dining experience repetitive, with long waits that leave you staring down the buffet for too long. The sunbed situation turns into a frantic race each morning, as towels claim prime spots faster than you can blink. A broken lock on the balcony door made me uneasy about security, especially with kids around. As for the evening entertainment, it tends to shy away from engaging teens, leaving them with not much to do. It's a mixed bag. Just be prepared for some chaos around meal times and by the pool.

The only good things about the hotel is location in lovely town of Calella,no problem with room basic but clean.
Poor quality hotel most other hotels still closed so hotel very busy at weekend with influx of Spanish people who's idea of a good time was to turn the hotel into a dirty dunp.Quality of food very poor and hotel could do with more staff when hotel is busy.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, family rooms nice, food ok. The hotel has a good location upon a hill. The 3 pools and Jacuzzi is very nice. The kids loved the Miniclub and the staff there. Thank you all for a lovely vacation!
Many young german guests at the hotel, whom could sometimes get a bit noisy. Thin walls in the rooms. But overall not a problem.

Kids loved the pirate ship pool. Some evening entertainment options felt underwhelming and chaotic. Clean rooms and modern facilities. The dining area gets pretty crowded during meal times.

great views but crowded dining area
The view from my 5th floor balcony was amazing, especially during sunset. The pool bar staff were attentive and always made my drinks strong when I asked. I appreciated the lifeguards' vigilance, ensuring a safe environment for my family.
The dining area felt chaotic during peak meal times.

This hotel is great if you have children, but the miniclub is from 5 years and up. a lot of activities at the hotel, aquaaerobics, shows at night and flippergames etc. It was a good stay. I wasnt disturbed at night. Dinnerbuffet was ok, but not fantastic.
Jacuzzi costs extra, personnel at reception was not serviceminded, breakfastbuffet was bad, no eggs and bacon or vegetables (good if you want cookies and other sugarloaded food for breakfast).

Close to the beach.
Hotel stuff not particulary nice and helpful. You have to pay deposit for everything, starting from having an iron in the room ending on a fridge. Meals OK but not really special. Very loudly, mess on the reception, stuff on the reception may have a problem with English.
